Good lights, bad support [updated]

UPDATE: These lights are short lived. Combined with bad customer service, order something else. The light is quite bright. The app is fairly easy to understand and has more control than my Philips Hue lights across the house. So basically I'm happy with it. The Alexa voice control could be integrated a bit better, but I have no problem with that. Installation is not difficult, but they didn't include a small piece of mounting box in the ceiling, so we need to buy and install them by ourselves. Nothing special but a bit disappointing. I wouldn't deduct a star for that alone - the rest of the setup is straightforward and just a minor annoyance. The lights take up almost no ceiling space, are fairly easy to turn on and off, and have some fun options like a music mode (tip: hold your phone to the speaker for best results). My problem is that I bought 8 bulbs (two out of 4) and one of them stopped working almost immediately. That's okay - the manufacturing isn't perfect, and even with Six Sigma manufacturing, a bad product gets skipped from time to time. But I went to the site and reported the defect according to the instructions. I filled out the form, added the Revain order number, hit submit and waited. I'm still waiting, two months later. Never heard a single word in reply. No confirmation, no "We're working on it". Just crickets. As a result I gave up and ordered a new one today as I have a hole in the ceiling where the number 8 should be. So in summary: good light, poor support.
