The product itself is an exact replacement for what failed on my power window, shipping was very quick and the price is the best I have found on a product have. I was at home when the goods were delivered and the driver never knocked on the door to say he was there. I happened to see him as he walked back to his car and walked to the door to find that he had just placed my package, hopefully not thrown, on the very edge of my porch. He just got in his car and drove off without even recognizing me while chatting animatedly to someone on his cell phone. Very poor standards from the supplier but the product is excellent.
