I ordered a 5xl for both of my 65lb and 75lb labs. Both cover great but better on the smaller dog. One holds its tail up one down, better coverage with the tail down too. It never occurred to me to think of the difference that may make! Neither jacket gets in the way of them doing their business though. Velcro straps under the chest and thin elastic straps around the hind legs hold it in place after sliding it on over the head. Sounds complicated but it’s really not and my newly city dogs don’t mind them at all and they stay mostly dry now.
