
This article was great until Apple released an update and J5create couldn't fix the problem that was causing my two screens to stop working and the tech department answered my question of when will they have a solution for the problem? This problem is all about not updating your computer until the problem is fixed. In fact, this is your technical support. I use my monitor for work and it's really killing me and now I have to either uninstall the software update or buy another product that works. In short, don't buy from them if you expect support from them.
