TERRIBLE TECH SUPPORT

This article was great until Apple did an update and J5create fixed the problem that my two screens stopped working and the tech department answered my question when they had a fix for this problem: don't update your computer, until they can fix the problem. In fact, this is your technical support. I use my monitor for work and it's really killing me and now I have to either uninstall the software update or buy another product that works. In short, don't buy from them if you expect support from

Added flawless 27 " second monitor to laptop

Upgraded home office work laptop to dual 27 inch monitors. With J5create, my 1 year old personal HP laptop was able to easily connect two monitors with only one HDMI output via USB 3.0. Loading the driver wasn't a problem, and the picture quality is the same as a monitor with a dedicated HDMI output.

Flawless added a second 27 " monitor to the laptop

Works great: A/V Accessories

I have my j5create USB 3.0 to 4K HDMI Display Adapter on a basic PC running Windows 10. All I had to do was plug it into a computer plug in that was connected to the internet and the adapter automatically found and installed all the drivers and is working fine. One program I use required me to select an adapter in the program for the computer to send the correct image, but it was easy and worked great.
