This article was great until Apple did an update and J5create fixed the problem that my two screens stopped working and the tech department answered my question when they had a fix for this problem: don't update your computer, until they can fix the problem. In fact, this is your technical support. I use my monitor for work and it's really killing me and now I have to either uninstall the software update or buy another product that works. In short, don't buy from them if you expect support from them.
