Excellent pre-workout supplement. One of my top three

First off, Miami Vice tastes great, doesn't feel powdery when eaten, and has a huge scoop. You definitely feel like you get more bang for your buck with Outlift compared to the C4, Redcon1 and my favorite Bucked up. Compared to others I've mentioned, this is a huge bin and shovel. The caffeine content is high, but not excessive in my opinion, and I don't feel any tingling or itching on Outlift. The beta-alanine content is 3.2 grams compared to other products, and 8 grams of citrulline is more than other pre-workouts I've used. It contains 3g of creatine monohydrate if you don't like pre-workout creatine, that's almost a full dose of regular creatine only supplements (5g is a typical serving/dose). Training wise, I trained my shoulders after the first dose of Outlift and this stuff worked great for that. I had a great pump in my shoulders (which is unusual for me at least), energy levels were great during the 60-90 minutes in the gym and I was happy with my workout afterwards. For me, this ticks all the boxes to look out for in pre-training, and it's worth paying attention to your training. I checked their website and I believe they have smaller portions if you want to try it without spending that much money testing. Try Outlift.
