I like this lens! It's fantastically sharp and the Model II doesn't need to be taken apart like the original if you want to change the way you take panoramic photos. It's not cheap, but it's worth it if you want a super-sharp 24mm lens and shift for panoramas. Of course, it also has an incline, but I don't use it often, so I can't comment on that.
