Build quality looked good despite the Made in China label. Unfortunately, the return spring inside the bell must have come loose from its seat after a very short period of use. Rather than throwing the item away or fiddling with returning it, I attempted to take it apart to see if I could get the spring back into place. However, there was no screw and trying to pry off the cover (very carefully) broke the plastic. Tired of buying products over and over again, especially those made in China, I decided to take the inconvenience of returning an item to Revain. On the plus side, Revain has easily agreed to a refund and a new call is on the way. We'll see how long the new one lasts. Now more than ever I remember my grandmother's quote "cheap is expensive”. Consumers should opt for quality and durability whenever possible, which usually means using aluminum or steel over plastic.
