Great asset tracking tool for construction companies
The fact that this software will track all of your assets in one place helps to keep you informed with what is happening at all times, from anywhere. Our team has been able to create reports using our own data as well as third party providers to give us more insight into things we may not have thought about before. We've found that there isn't much we dislike- just some features are harder to use than others (e.g., finding information online). Tracking the status of our office's assets is very helpful. Having access to everything under one roof makes it easy to make decisions regarding which items need replacing or repairing.
Pros
- I liked being connected electronically without having an internet connection required for every device within my firm.
- I also find keeping tabs over how far back they go if necessary useful when searching through years old transactions/statements
- It provides great security & backup solutions too!
Cons
- There could be less lag time between viewing records / statements
