My review may not apply to diamond frame riders. As you can see, I ride a recumbent trike. Since most cycling shorts are made of elastane or mountain bike, they are usually only available in black. In the lying saddle, the hot sun roasts the black cloth like crazy. Good for an upright position, but not good for a lying position where the sun shines directly on the core/legs. I like that they came in grey. You are cool in the sun and breathing. I don't care about the padding, but I like the extra space for the male parts to keep them intact. Judging by the photos, I have no priests and my legs are skinny. I was surprised by a review that said the leg holes are clear. They stay in place and keep my sunny feet from getting cold / sun sleeves from slipping down. Time will tell as to their durability but they appear to be well made. I ordered two more pairs then saw a discount coupon. I think that's what you get for the rush. I love them and drive every day. The pocket keeps the phone safe. iPhone 11. or credit card with ID. Not both. I pulled out my cell phone while driving today and my credit card slipped out on the street. I do not advise.
