Good but needs some work

I had one of these when I was a teenager (about 40 years ago) and really liked it so thought I'd order a new one than the one I have somehow got lost when i was in my twenties. This one is good but needs improvement. First, it's too short. It should be at least 6-12 inches longer. Second, the handles have a raised lip on the ends which can be uncomfortable after a few reps, and since the spring is so short you have to hold it by the ends so it wouldn't be that much of a problem if it were longer. Problem. Other than that, it's a decent exercise machine. I don't want to brag, but when I was younger I had great upper body shape and fitness, and I think I owe it all to the spring bar. This tool alone can help you develop and maintain your pecs, abs, biceps, triceps, trapezius, deltoids, and external obliques. Not bad for a tool that costs under $30, weighs only a few pounds, has no moving parts, can be taken anywhere, and never wears out. I consider it one of the best training tools. I'm only giving this particular model 3 stars because of the flaws, both literal and figurative, but I highly recommend buying it. You won't regret it and will benefit from it for decades, which means it will pay for itself many times over. Was this review helpful? If yes, please click below. Many Thanks :)
