A good product. Be careful with the power.

This is a good product, you just have to rely on the strength you order. what I had to order for a simple workout. Although the product is of good quality and worth the price.

I highly recommend getting less than your normal workout.

This product fulfills all the specified properties. It is very strong and the resistance requires all your effort in both concentric (contractions) and eccentric (relaxed) movements. ‼️I strongly recommend exercising less than usual. I usually bench 225 pounds and a 60kg twister is a challenge. Now I will order a smaller weight.

it could be much better

I have decided to buy the 30kg and 40kg Power Twisters after buying the 20kg Power Twisters for a few months had that I bought from another seller. Unfortunately, the new twisters are too small to work comfortably with them. This might work great for someone with shorter arms, but I have long arms and it's really uncomfortable. I envisioned the 45 pounds I was enjoying to the max and the new ones. You can see that the new twisters are much shorter.

Handle too small, suitable for gym equipment

That's not a light load, 40 pounds sounds lighter than it looks, the handle is too small, it almost slipped out of my hand (I used a strap For safety). I do grip exercises and I don't have a weak grip at all. Although it's a good price. I'll be buying £50 soon but I'll pay a little more for a large pen, don't feel safe adding another £10. Nevertheless, I have to pay attention to grip. Make sure you wear a sling for security.

Excellent and easy to use

I wanted something that would strengthen my upper body but wanted something simple and low impact. With the Movemint Spring Bar you can complete 4 essential workouts and steadily increase the number of repetitions in just one week. I can feel the target muscles getting stronger. Along with supplements, I'm hoping to gain some weight and strength over time. I bought the entry-level model with 20kg resistance and that's enough for me. This is a great product and the price is very affordable. Many

I got this bad boy helping me pump my boobs backstage.

This villain helped me build my chest backstage at my fitness shows. I've never seen one backstage, but I remember my dad had one when I was little. It worked and it will definitely do the trick. I went for a size 65 and while it gives them a solid pump, I think a 45 would be better for my pump job as a 65 can be difficult for most beginner gymers. I like it. You may have to buy 45 to compare. Coupon codes anyone?

Start easy and work!

Well I read other reviews that said I should start with 20kg so I did. It was too easy for me. I work but I'm not an animal. I'm 59 now, but I really needed a stronger one. So I ordered 40 kg, barely bent! I will try 30kg and hopefully work up to 40kg. I think 30kg would be a good starting point for me and for most guys who are strong enough 20kg would be a good start for women or small children. I could flex it all day and don't get tired. I will consider 30kg once I have it.

Good but needs some work

I had one of these when I was a teenager (about 40 years ago) and really liked it so thought I'd order a new one than the one I have somehow got lost when i was in my twenties. This one is good but needs improvement. First, it's too short. It should be at least 6-12 inches longer. Second, the handles have a raised lip on the ends which can be uncomfortable after a few reps, and since the spring is so short you have to hold it by the ends so it wouldn't be that much of a problem if it were…

Great exercise tool, but don't overuse it. (40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 80kg)

So I have four different sizes: 40K (90 pounds); 50kg; 60kg; and 80 kg (175 lb). I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 138 pounds. As a former US Army paratrooper, fitness is nothing new to me; You don't have to be big to be strong. That being said, it can be difficult to know which one to start with. I first bought 80kg on January 26, 2019 but I couldn't bend it at all and it's still my strength goal. Not being able to squat 80kg I bought a 40kg on January 29th 2019 which seemed too light to…
