2 out of 8 didn't work.

Initially I only had one blown glow plug so I figured why not exchange all 8. Now I have the code for two different glow plugs that are bad and I didn't separate the original faulty glow plug so I'm going to play roulette now by sending back the old glow plugs and hopefully not sending back the bad glow plug. .
