Impossible to get the exact temperature from this piece of shit. I do not recommend. This so-called non-contact thermometer is not accurate and cannot be synchronized to get the correct temperature. I have primary responsibility for caring for and protecting the elderly during the pandemic and this junk is unreliable. I bought two and it's too late to return them.
