Broke three times in nine months. Has a serious problem with the quality of the charging connector. We bought this laptop for our son to use in college and for gaming and he spent the first week of each of his two semesters in the charging port with little care. Thank goodness there is a good guarantee, at least for the first year. The technician spent four hours fixing it for the second time today, the third day of class, resulting in my son kissing the class and he clearly did something wrong. The laptop overheated two hours after it was gone while my son was doing math homework. It broke in the same spot the first week of class last semester, and the technician turned the camera off while it was being repaired. Lenovo sends technicians, you don't choose yours. I cannot recommend this computer, especially for the price. It's just unreliable hardware.
