Nice price, good quality.

The plans are to carry out a small upgrade and deliver another 1TB ssd. You will have to get used to the numpad because of its location, it made me think, maybe it made sense to take it without it.

Pros
  • screen 144hz Size and appearance The power and relevance of iron
Cons
  • Fan noise in undemanding games. I didn’t figure out how to turn off turbo boost, the standard lenovo application does not do this. Interference in headphones when connected via bluetooth - this is the most frustrating

I took it for work and of course for games. Everything is fine, everything flies. I took it specially without software to save money. This is not the first time I purchase Lenovo products, I am completely satisfied. Its pros: I like the design of the Legion series, great gaming laptop. Good screen with IPS matrix, powerful hardware. Different cons: Well, not a very convenient camera (its location), for an amateur.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

My model is Legion Y540 81SX012ARK, 15.6", Intel Core i5 9300HF 2.4GHz, 16GB, 512GB SSD, nVidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. 4.5 hours with a constant connection to RDP, open Firefox and 1C and a few other programs, this is enough for me. Very decent laptop for the price. Has pros: - Screen. I was very pleasantly surprised, there is enough brightness (I keep it around 80%) and excellent viewing angles. - Performance. It copes with a large number of open programs without problems, rendering a small…

Config: Y540-15IRH-PG0, i7-9750H/16GB/1650/NVMe 1TB/FreeDOS/BOE CQ NV156FHM-N48 60Hz display (overclocking gave a maximum of 65Hz even with Pixel Clock Patcher, unfortunately). The undervolt is stable at -150mV per core, -150mV per cache. The ThrottleStop program also advises turning off the Power limit and setting 40W / 45W for a long and short boost of the processor for lower temperatures and even more stable operation. The same assembly of the Chromium browser already held 3.5GHz / 85…

Pros
  • Perfectly eats up any tasks: two Android Studios, a browser with a bunch of tabs, an emulator and a video player? Easy. Rainbow Six Siege at a stable 200+ fps on low (and I took it with the expectation of a powerful percentage) / 140+ on ultras? Easily. The cooling is at the level, it works silently at a low load, but under a serious load it is expectedly noisy, the microphone does not cause problems and discomfort. At peak multi-hour load on all cores, without changing the initial configuration, the temperature was 90 degrees without throttling (see the comment about undervolting and a possible decrease in temperature with higher performance), the frequency remained at 3.3 GHz when assembling chromium. Surprisingly, the weight and dimensions are small for such iron. A really comfortable keyboard (except that the numpad is small, but I don’t use it), a clear soft-elastic click, the backlight can be turned off completely (and who needs to turn it on, there is plenty of brightness). The touchpad is matte, comfortable and in general there are no complaints, harsh buttons and drivers under Windows do not allow reaching the ideal - they leave much to be desired in terms of responsiveness even after choosing the most responsive profile in the settings, the problem is with the software (see comment). The body feels quite reliable: it does not creak, the solidity of the assembly is good. Inside is a pleasant and extremely easily soiled soft-touch, it is easy to clean. I can’t say much about the screen, I’m not an expert, most likely it won’t work for really professional work with color, but the colors and contrast even without changing the profile are much better and more pleasant than many laptop TN and cheap IPS on which I had to sit, and in general the screen is rather a plus . However, the matrix has a slight backlight bleeding in the upper left corner, it is non-critical and does not show up in any way. Someone may not have enough maximum brightness (peak brightness is lower than a MacBook, for example) in a very, very bright environment, I have never noticed this behind me (brightness is at 90%). And in general, for such money, they could report 144Hz.

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

Cooling is great. I compare it with the Predator on i7 and 1060. On the Predator under load, the temperature was under 100 without a stand and the fingers on the keyboard burned) I don’t see this here . The performance is quite high enough for any task.

Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.

The dream of a powerful animal, able to poke all my whims and indulgence, came true. Version on i5 9300h, 16 gb ram and gtx 1660 ti. For six months of operation did not disappoint even once. Performance, of course, is excellent, because if where the laptop heats up, it is in the beam ng drive and in gta 5 with a long game. Keyboard layout is a matter of habit. The keystroke is nice, by the way. I simply recommend. I can’t find fault with anything (as an ordinary user who loves to play (both…

Pros
  • Screen. Performance. Nice touchpad. Keyboard. Strict and discreet design (including white lighting). The weight.
Cons
  • Perhaps, for someone, autonomy will become, like the webcam that is located below.

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

The laptop came out to me in a good configuration of 80tr, I can honestly say that I regret the money spent. Yes, he seems to be smart, because. cooling is well implemented (noisy by the way), but everything else, i. E. it is a mobile computer that is convenient to take with you and work in a mobile environment - it was very disappointing. The camera is so in general, in the era of Zoom conferences, it’s better to just turn it off, not to make people laugh.

Pros
  • System cooling and performance. Perhaps this is all the good that is in it. The rest is a complete minus.
Cons
  • Yes, almost everything related to ergonomics, build quality and thoughtful use of a laptop: 1. Screen, I specifically took a screen with a high refresh rate, because. its matrix is much better than the standard one - but, Lenovo engineers also made a big mistake here - the screen cover is so thin and soft, without any normal stiffening ribs and protective plastic on the outside - that any touches, as well as distortions when opening and closing, end changing the backlight, and places on a white background is annoying. I'm already silent if you carry it in your bag along with a power supply (the size of a brick) - then it can easily push the screen through to you from the back. In other words, you can wear it very carefully and open it only in the middle, otherwise the backlight is skewed. 2. Camera - apparently Lenovo saved money on a license to place the camera on top of the screen and made it below - as a result, in the conference I am the only one who can be seen from the bottom up, so to speak, they look at my chin and neck, while I look at the image and it turns out that I am like if not in a conference - I look over all into the distance . 3. The touch pad is a horror, the buttons are completely crazy, it's hard to press, periodically the button decides that it was released, it's very infuriating in Excel. 4. Charging and connectors - a rectangle in the laptop and a tail in charging - in mobile life I have already suffered several times because if the laptop is moved, then the connector in the laptop does not spin, it breaks the wire. like the power supply itself. 5. The case as a whole is flimsy, it is pressed through in the middle, it creaks a little along the edges.

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

I bought the most minimal configuration (screen 60 hz, i5 9300h, gtx1650, 8gb RAM, 256ssd without HDD and OC) for 58 thousand, because there was already another SSD and an 8gb stick, which I immediately put into the laptop. The video card and CPU gives the declared performance, I did not observe throttling, the cooling copes well. But, just in case, I put undervolting -020220v on the processor. I note right away that the cooling is noisy, but, as I understand it, such noise is in all gaming…

Pros
  • Appearance, build quality, beautiful design, cooling, nice keyboard, screen. 2 year warranty + upgrade option (installation of additional HDD/SSD and RAM) without violating it.
Cons
  • Very slick body. Traces of prints remain everywhere, on the top cover, on the operating panel with the keyboard.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

Bought lenovo legion y540-15irh-pg0 2 weeks ago. Completion with i5 9300h 16Gb RAM, GTX 1650, 128 SSD, 1Tb HDD. I bought it in the MEGABiT store. Paid, delivered in 3 days to Hong Kong from Hong Kong. The laptop was sealed in a lenovo box, there were no signs of opening the box, all the seals were in place. Everything was looked at very carefully. Of the minuses to the store itself, they work in black, in addition to the laptop, no documents were sent, no receipt, no waybills. Hence the…

Pros
  • The laptop took more for work, I wanted a kind of not flashy gaming focus, a powerful laptop for everyday tasks, programming and a little gaming in not very new games. Really very quiet operation, you can hear how the fans work, only in games. Very nice and almost silent keyboard. Good cooling system, good performance. Thin display bezels, cool design, part of the ports and a charging port on the back.
Cons
  • My laptop package comes with the simplest matrix. 60 Hz at 250 nits, color reproduction around 45%. On the other hand, before that I had a toshiba satellite 755-16u with a TH matrix and it was really eye-catching. This display suits me. Probably from 144Hz I would have fallen into ecstasy . Not a convenient digital block on the right. There are no Pause, Home, etc. buttons. These keys are available in combination with the Fn key, which makes the job more difficult. A very easily soiled case, traces of greasy hands remain everywhere, it is difficult to wipe off with a damp cloth, you need to look for some kind of alcohol wipes or use a cleaning agent.

Practical product, nothing to complain about.

About model: 32giga/144hz/i7 9hf/rtx 2060/1tb ssd I am very satisfied with the purchase, I hope it lasts a long time Pros: design (it is immediately clear that an unusual car) almost full size keyboard performance (I won’t say for games, I didn’t measure it, but everything flies) excellent IPS screen light weight Got cons: The need for undervolting. To me, as a person who has been buying a laptop from Intel for 10 years, it was a little incomprehensible why he was so wildly heated. + I bought a

The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

A very good model. Although it is assembled from touch plastic, this assembly is so good that there are no questions about quality. There is no backlash, the lid moves as smoothly as possible (it can be fixed at any convenient angle up to 180 degrees inclusive). In the reviews they wrote / said that the plastic is very easily soiled - I didn’t understand what it was about at all. Didn't notice anything of the sort. Outwardly, it looks quite stylish: the top cover is made of slightly corrugated…

Pros
  • 1. Screen. The version with 144Hz and IPS common to the lineup is just heaven and earth with my faded TN and broken pixels in the middle of the screen of a 5-year-old old MSI GE70. I took it from nothing to do in quarantine 2022, but I would have known that the new laptops have such a difference in matrices with the old ones, I would have changed it a long time ago. Display with minimal frames due to the webcam at the bottom of the monitor. The color reproduction is beautiful, the eyes do not leak even at brightness above average. 2. Iron is just top. Snatched on corp. price in a well-known retailer for 77k: 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, 144Hz, RTX2060, I5 9th generation. Everything flies, applications open instantly, there are no friezes, lags, freezes and other nonsense. For two months of daily use of 12+ hours, it has never failed in this regard. It pulls modern toys at good settings: Doom Eternal at maximum 90-100 fps depending on the juiciness of the batches, RDR 2 at 50 fps pre-ults. The RE2 remake is stable at 120-130 on pre-ults recommended by gf experience. RE7 is slightly worse on the same settings - 100-110 fps. Netlenki like The Witcher 3 pulls at maximum speed without straining at all. The same Dumchik, according to GFX, will pull preults on a 2K monitor. For 4K, alas, a more serious machine is required. 3. A very pleasant keyboard: I took it for coding and the keys are pressed so easily and softly that double-clicks are still somehow obtained out of habit. Two-level white backlighting of the keyboard. Not RGB of course, but more than enough for comfortable work at night. 4. General ergonomics. Connecting the laptop to an external monitor and keyboard, while closing the laptop, you don’t expect that the sound from the native speakers will not be muffled - the speakers are located on the end of the case - another wow-trick that I tested after changing the laptop. Ports on the back (including for charging). Stuck everything you need and do not strain yourself with furious wires on the sides. 5. Weight for this configuration is almost :) acceptable - 2.3 kg. The 17-inch laptop weighed half a kilo more, I decided to abandon it in favor of some kind of mobility.
Cons
  • 1. The main disadvantage of the model is a completely cannibal layout. NumPad is simply destroyed by designers and is not suitable at all for anything other than calculations on a calculator. If you need a laptop for programming, buying this particular model, get ready for serious nerve tests. The home and end keys are combined with the arrows, i. E. to squeeze them, you need to hold down fn. Ins and del have been moved to a blindly inaccessible space - Ins is aligned with f12 (fn is also needed), delete is to the right of it. At what, hotkeys, it seems, are not soldered on the board. Do not expect that pressing 1 with NumLock off will work home for you. Popular namlock key swapping programs work so badly, and the namlock itself is so inconveniently designed to use good old hotkeys on the numpad, that it's much easier to get used to an unusual layout. 2. Notorious 144Hz in some games play against you. In Project Cars 2, for example, you can't limit FPS, so you have to play on medium settings. The 2060 video card is still average, but 144Hz, if I'm not mistaken, goes only above this video card, so the minus is not relevant on younger models. 3. Giant power supply does not contribute to mobility at all. Weighs almost half a kilo. 4. Webcam from below - you will have to turn the lid of the laptop and move it away from you so that the interlocutors see not only their chins. 5. Marketing about portable gaming has a double bottom - toys are severely limited in FPS, and the battery is melting before our eyes. The maximum will turn out to be an hour and a half to play without an outlet. Better than nothing, but still doubtful. 6. It's hard to disassemble - you need to tear off the back cover with force, + in my copy, the bottom screws do not want to unscrew in any way. I wanted to stick an old SSD, but I forgot to upgrade, while it's still under warranty. 7. I would like more work time without an outlet, but with such stuffing it is apparently unrealistic. More than 3.5 hours in coding mode, social networks, average monitor brightness, power saving mode and half an hour of conf in zoom, I never came out.

The item was good, I'll recommend it to my friends.

I chose for a long time, I watched Dell, HP, ASUS, compared and chose about 2 months, read, looked, but the main thing I didn’t like about laptops for a conditional 1000 bucks, keyboard, screen, all of the above, this is a problem. As a result, I chose with an improved IPS matrix (81SY00QTRK), 144 Hertz is too high a price tag, but this matrix did not disappoint at all, on the contrary, after Toshiba (my first node) and hp probook 440, my next one, the picture is a feast for the eyes. This node

Pros
  • Lenovo Legion Y540-15PG0 (81SY00QTRK) / i5-9300HF/ 8GB/ SSD 256G GTX1650 4GB. It was purchased on Ali with all coupons, discounts for 61,000, so the price is the first advantage. Stylish, "strict" not easily soiled, The screen is excellent, color reproduction, good angles. Lights, no. Speed, I haven’t seen it yet, I haven’t tried it. Quiet, even when gaming.
Cons
  • Still short battery life. About 3 hours of video viewing. Games will be jailed in 2 hours, browser 3-4 hours. The machine is still not for long trips. True, and the format of the laptop immediately declares this, so these are nit-picking.

A high-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

In general, I find the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, many of which are not defects or design errors, but rather design features. With its pros. Good cooling. Compared to an old laptop, the weight is very small (but without a charging block) Quiet keys and a quality touchpad that works almost like a touchscreen on smartphones. The actual noiselessness when working without load. Compared to an old laptop, the system power is phenomenal and rivals that of a mainstream desktop PC. The…

It seems very strange that a model declared by the manufacturer as a gaming model (which I think should be expressed not only in high-quality stuffing but also in reliable elements of interaction with a laptop) suffers from such breakdowns. This high-performance laptop lacks space, but it definitely makes up for it with options and an impressive display. This is quite an impressive laptop, surprisingly heavy and durable. The bottom of the laptop is unusually large, about an inch larger than the screen. Great for general purposes! Casual Gaming

I'm a game lover and I like to play games on low/medium settings. At the same time, I spend most of my time at the computer studying or working. However, the biggest pet annoyances get bogged down in a few simple tasks related to work/school or simple casual play. For the money it was fantastic value despite good durability.
