Update 06/02/21 I am pleased to report that the company has contacted me to offer some solutions to this problem. They offered to replace the product with a newer one or refund the money. I accepted a refund as we had already purchased a large unit. I don't think we really thought about how much space we have to work with. Still, I have to give five stars for customer service. I never expected anyone to notice that I was being contacted and offered help, it was pretty cool. I will definitely look into their products for future needs. I was looking for something to draw some of the moisture out of a small space and figured this might do the trick. There is no power for that at all. It took 4-5 days to fill the small tank and the moisture level didn't change at all (using a digital meter for reference). I tried it in my tiny bathroom, thinking it was a very small space and noticeably humid, but still nothing. I bought a large standing model from another seller and filled a 30 liter tank in the first 4-5 hours. This block was still empty. I would return it if I had the sense to salvage the box. It just didn't work for me. If you have one bedroom or family room, this probably won't do.
