Review on 📶 NETGEAR AC600 Wi-Fi USB 2.0 Mini Adapter: Dual Band WiFi Stick for Desktop PC - A6100-10000S by John Banks

Bought to connect an old desktop computer without a wi-fi adapter to the internet in my house away from the router (and didn't want a cable). I used the CD to install the driver (otherwise I would never have done it unless there is no internet connection so I couldn't download it) and it immediately recognized my network and was able to log on. I ran a speed test and I'm getting 217MB down / 42MB up. I have gigabit service so this may affect my speed. In any case, run updates on your computer now. Works perfectly!
