Garbage! No devices found.

Bluetooth 4.0 USB update on my computer. Plugged this in and made sure I got the drivers from the website. My mobile phone, Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker was not recognized. I've tried this on both a Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 computer, both results are the same. I decided to try again because all of the products contain lemons. Guess what? After the swap, neither of my two computers were able to see a single device.
