Shady Shady Shady

The adapter didn't look like the pictures on the site. When I plugged it into my computer, the computer started warning me about untrustworthy software. When I removed the adapter, the piece of metal that fits into the USB port didn't come out and I had to pull it out with pliers. Went to the page on the package and it redirected me to another page that didn't look right.

Garbage! No devices found.

Bluetooth 4.0 USB update on my computer. Plugged this in and made sure I got the drivers from the website. My mobile phone, Bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker was not recognized. I've tried this on both a Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 computer, both results are the same. I decided to try again because all of the products contain lemons. Guess what? After the swap, neither of my two computers were able to see a single device.

DO NOT plug and play network adapter

The description says there are no drivers to install for this adapter but it doesn't. I bought 2 for two different Windows 10 PCs and neither worked. I've tried unpairing my previous BT devices, rebooting etc. The description and packaging said Win 10 doesn't need a driver, but I looked around anyway. Found, installed, now everything works. One has to wonder why it doesn't use the generic BT driver.

Headphones worked after installing driver, not plug and play

Revain's description says 'plug and play' but it wasn't working on my windows 10 gaming pc , until I installed the Bluetooth 5.0 driver from the product website. After installing the driver and turning bluetooth off and on again, I was able to pair it with my JBL headphones and it seems to be working fine.

Doesn't work, no support

Dongle doesn't support plug and play. It supposedly requires a driver which I can't find anywhere. On their site and Q&A they say "Download the driver from our EVEO site" (let's just ignore the grammar and irony of having to download it from our site IF YOU'RE ALREADY ON THE SITE), but link Don't click any drivers anywhere. I waited 5 days for a response from the support team and emailed them twice through the support form with no response. I cannot put into words that this is less than 1 star.

Took a minute to set up but WAY BETTER than my old key!

I used to hate Bluetooth, but this dongle changed my mind. My old key would come off if someone stood in front of it or I leaned forward, I couldn't move more than 10 feet without coming off. With this key I can go anywhere in my house, even upstairs or through the back door and it's no problem! My old key made me jump through hoops to reconnect when it got disconnected and I missed a lot of important info for my Zoom presentations, but this one automatically reconnects when disconnected (which

If your computer already has Bluetooth, this is not an easy upgrade.

Bought for Bluetooth speakers, I use PowerPoint with some built-in MP4 clips when teaching or presenting. The new Bluetooth module is getting closer to the goal of having no audio delays. But my speakers are not bluetooth 5. Product preforms as advertised IF YOU CAN INSTALL IT. The documentation for my device is almost non-existent, after a day of searching the online help it turned out that I had to completely remove the current Bluetooth device manually in the settings. Don't worry if you're not in the mood to play geeks.

Why do I need to download a driver these days? But I did, so okay. Now this should work. Not correct. The installation guide warns you that you may need to uninstall the native Bluetooth drivers on your computer, and apparently this is mine. There was an error message saying I need to uninstall another driver that is already installed on my computer but not how to do that or what the problem is. And sorry, I won't be messing around with my drivers, which are currently running to appease theโ€ฆ

I bought this disc to use on an old desktop computer with a broken sound card so that it can play sound through Bluetooth speakers. I plugged it into a port on my Windows 10 desktop. Windows quickly recognized the dongle and determined that it was a Bluetooth adapter. I tried connecting my desktop to the speaker but it couldn't find it. Curious. So I checked the documentation. I went to the URL on the back of the package. There was a link to the installation instructions which I followed. Thisโ€ฆ
