Why do I need to download a driver these days? But I did, so okay. Now this should work. Not correct. The installation guide warns you that you may need to uninstall the native Bluetooth drivers on your computer, and apparently this is mine. There was an error message saying I need to uninstall another driver that is already installed on my computer but not how to do that or what the problem is. And sorry, I won't be messing around with my drivers, which are currently running to appease the whims of Mr. Fussy Pants, the new device. All of the other Bluetooth devices I had were connected and working, and none of them refused to play well with the other kids on the driver's list. Maybe I could do it, but I don't have the time or inclination to care for a problem child, so I'm bringing him back.
