Headphones worked after installing driver, not plug and play

Revain's description says 'plug and play' but it wasn't working on my windows 10 gaming pc , until I installed the Bluetooth 5.0 driver from the product website. After installing the driver and turning bluetooth off and on again, I was able to pair it with my JBL headphones and it seems to be working fine.
