Dongle doesn't support plug and play. It supposedly requires a driver which I can't find anywhere. On their site and Q&A they say "Download the driver from our EVEO site" (let's just ignore the grammar and irony of having to download it from our site IF YOU'RE ALREADY ON THE SITE), but link Don't click any drivers anywhere. I waited 5 days for a response from the support team and emailed them twice through the support form with no response. I cannot put into words that this is less than 1 star. Terrible support, terrible product. Bonus cons for a terrible website with poor navigation and no sitemap.
