Qualitatively disappointed.
The product tore in my hand while knitting. There was no trauma or event. It just fell apart while I was using it, the tree fell apart. I used normal pressure. I've been knitting for years and this has never happened to me. I would email customer support directly but couldn't find a way to do so.
