This is an OEM exact match. I measured the original and marked the window to get the exact fit. Everything was working fine until I started tightening the locknuts. The problem is that the "bolts" that hold the regulator frame to the door are attached with fairly cheap rivets that tend to spin when you try to tighten the nuts that hold the regulator to the door , making it impossible to tighten the regulator enough. so that it does not rattle and does not move. My solution was to use a needle vise in the door to keep the rivet from turning while I tightened the nut from the outside. After this nonsense, everything works fine. Next time I'll pay more attention to how the screw attaches to the ESC frame. This is a very bad design. Had the same problem with two bolts/nuts.
