It didn't work for us.
At first I thought they would fit. They're very strong, which I liked, but they weren't resilient enough to really grab a chair leg. Once we received them and started moving the chairs around in normal use, they came loose fairly easily. Looking back, our chair legs needed something more elastic to hold the shape of the chair leg.
