As described, good value for money
Love this oil pastel so far. I haven't tried soft pastel yet because it's so smooth. But he has a small tooth so I would expect him to be able to handle multiple coats of soft pastels or pastels in addition to oil pastels. My Paul Rubens oil pastels go perfectly with this paper. My Pentel oil pastel doesn't fit. So if you're using a beginner's oil pastel like Pentel, a different type of paper might work for you. I am happy with my purchase and it works for what I need it was good value for money too.
