We are very happy with this ink and the seller! We run a small business from home and print tons of forms and documents. Finding a good printer that accepts cheap quality ink was important to us. We previously had a Brother printer that met these requirements, used dollar ink cartridges and had good print quality, so we looked for another Brother printer that could buy cheap ink from the same seller. Great inks, good print quality and huge savings for us. It is important to insert these cartridges into the device quickly and securely with a firm movement to avoid leaks. They use a simple thin plastic membrane that permeates the ink and forms a seal between the machine and the cartridge, as we found on our previous model. If you press them slightly or move them to move them, they may leak and never close. Honestly, once you get it right, you'll never have a problem with it again. We don't even remember what expensive factory ink is and how much we hated buying it.
