Review on Action Camera DJI Pocket 2, 3840x2160, 875mA h, black by Shaun Jdi ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

1. Let's just say - I understood what exactly I was buying, I understood why this camera was created and for what it is hardly suitable. Therefore, the claims of other users that this is not an action camera - I do not understand. Yes, on the market it is described as an action camera, but in fact it is a universal camera for travel (not in extreme conditions) and vlogging. Not for motorcycle rides and not for conquering the depths of the oceans. This is an electronic device with all the consequences such as the requirements for careful handling. Not a toy for children. 2. I will also not list the lack of wifi and bluetooth "out of the box" as a disadvantage - for this it is still worth reading the characteristics of the device before buying. Yes, and a separate module is still not the biggest money. 3. And I absolutely do not understand the complaints about the quality of photography. For high-quality photos, I have a modern camera with a couple of lenses. And to wait for "ideal" photos from a camera with a meager matrix and the main purpose of which is to shoot a slow video with stabilization - well, that's really stupid. Nothing is universal.

Pros
  • Size, weight, controls. Price (I took the "naked" version). Excellent stabilizer. Excellent autofocus and picture quality. An acceptable (for me, and I have something to compare with) picture in poor lighting without additional dancing with the settings. Oh yes! Sound! The sound is excellent even by means of the camera itself. At least compared to the closest competitors - the sound is much cleaner and does not suffer from the wind.
Cons
  • A non-removable battery (which means that instead of 2-3 spare batteries and a small charge (as I did with a classic action camera), you will also have to carry half a kilogram of powerbank on a trip. Which will definitely not be the most convenient solution when the built-in battery is already landed and shooting So again, the wires stretching into the pocket-bag, which means that the beating of the wire on the clothes will be transmitted to the camera body and (theoretically) will make noise.
