Great platform for getting automated reminders and communications
I like that it allows you to send messages from your phone or computer, which makes this tool easier than having someone stand by my desk when needed! It's definitely easy enough so non-technical people can use as well without needing any training/support (which would be great).
Sometimes there are some issues with notifications not showing up in certain regions of Europe but they usually respond quickly if notified about them via email. You have complete control over what type of message gets sent out - whether its just simple reminder texts or actually sending emails through their API service. We've been using BiteSize since we launched our website almost 2 years ago now & haven't looked back once until recently due to recent growths within our business.

- Allows users flexibility between being able do make changes easily themselves vs waiting around hours upon calls etc.to wait while tech staff work behind scenes making updates accordingly; ) Great customer support team available should something happen during testing phases before launch date such was an issue previously where notification delivery didn"nt function properly across multiple platforms used internally throughout
