Velcro straps don't fit my luggage rack very well but I managed! The front straps didn't fit at all so I flipped it over and attached it to the back (rear only), I also attached a small extra Velcro strap around the handle on the front of the bike rack for extra security. That thing isn't going anywhere! The velcro straps are pretty secure too - I had trouble getting them off when I decided to put the bag on backwards - don't worry if that thing falls off! All this to say that it works very well! I can fit my entire bag here (not a huge bag, but one that fits a purse, checkbook, and makeup bag) and still have all the pockets for things like keys, phone, and bike tools. It's easy and does the job :)
