This could be a great bag but it isn't. I bought it last July. In the beginning I really liked it. I thought it was great value for money. But lightning is light. I had one of these panniers for a few years but eventually it wore out. I was so happy to find another one as I was very happy with my first one. I love that this pannier is simple, roomy, easy to open and close while riding (I have it on my front handlebars) and it holds up well to weather, sun and lots of use. Velcro straps don't fit my luggage rack very well but I managed! The front straps didn't fit at all so I flipped it over and attached it to the back (rear only), I also attached a small extra Velcro strap around the handle on the front of the bike rack for extra security. After the zipper on my last handlebar bag stopped working (almost immediately), I went in search of a replacement. I wanted it to be big enough to hold the cable for my bike lock but not too big.
