This brush is great for cleaning continuous sewer lines under sinks. To do a thorough job you will need to remove at least some plumbing under the sink. The brush will NOT clean the drain plugs up and down in a regular sink and also won't move the siphon in a regular sink Both need to be loosened and cleaned separately then reassembled The brush works well with a little soap and elbow grease Yes I would recommend this product
