Deformed, bent, damaged, non-stick coating worn out. Before first use! I contacted tfal and was told the lids are not closed for "safety reasons", which is handy because 3 out of 6 lids are defective (warped or bent) from the factory. They also said they don't cover the nonstick coating. They also don't cover shipping. This company is obviously aware of these issues with their products as their warranty is written to rule out such things. They told me to contact the seller (Revain) and see if they could help. Totally worthless company with a guarantee not worth the paper it is presented on. I don't know how pots and pans work. Considering how much effort the company has put into its production, I don't have high hopes. By the way, when I first called and the rep took my details, she said she made a note in my account that the pans arrived bent and were void of any future warranty claims.
