Compared to Murphy's soap and spices cleaning the Dicor roof on my Palomino trailer. The caravan was shaded under a poplar tree for most of the season. To be honest I didn't notice any difference between the three cleaners. This makes it a very expensive mild cleaner. I used this entire bottle to do about 15-18ft of roof on my 42ft trailer at the recommended thinning rate. Since this bottle was pretty much pinned at 15 feet, I went ahead and used it a little more to consume it. Same results as the other two cleaners. Wouldn't recommend as Spic 'n Span or Murphy's will do the same for a lot less per foot. It came out at about $1 a linear foot, maybe a few cents less. The other two are only about $8 for their containers and I have over 3/4 of each left. So maybe $2 for 10-12 feet, that's $0.20 per linear foot?
