Why do they smell awful?
Why does my air filter smell so bad? When I installed the new filter, the smell of freshness in my room was replaced by an unpleasant smell of plastic. That's what the filter smells like. I will throw away these filters. I can't stand that smell any more night. Has anyone else had this experience? The RENPHO air purifier is great and the filter that comes with it is just great. This filter gets a thumbs down from me though.
