It's almost impossible to plug a micro-USB cable into the connector without unplugging it from the circuit board it's attached to inside. After repeated plugging/unplugging of the cable, the connector detaches from the circuit board. The connector should be more firmly attached to the circuit board. No matter which manufacturer/seller you choose, everyone has this fout. Well, while it lasted, this design flaw guaranteed a quick failure. None of them lasted more than a few weeks. I do not recommend purchasing until the port/connector issues are resolved.
