These things are really bulletproof. you are a beast What I don't like is the changed driving experience. The wheels are much stiffer. If you inflate your tires above 40psi anyway, you may not notice a difference. First of all, I gave this review 3 stars. However, I felt that this product is not the right choice for me where a low star rating would tell others that it is not for them. positive moment. This tube really saved me. A few weeks ago I rode Thunder Mountain near Bryce Canyon. My entire front wheel collapsed in the middle of the ride. The edge was S-shaped. I squeezed it between two boulders, bent it back into shape (as much as I could) and put the bike back on. However, with every turn, the brakes would rub against the side of the tire. After 100 meters this caused my tire and previous inner tube to explode. (Non puncture resistant hose). With a complete tear on the side of my tire, it was this spike resistant tube that allowed me to get down the mountain with ease. The tube was thick enough not to protrude too much from the torn tire. I just didn't apply the front brakes on the descent. Don't worry, I was walking too slowly, but it was better than walking.
