Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube Review

I had a problem with my Mongoose XR-200 with flat tires. I drive a lot in the country and drive through thorn bushes and the regular cameras just can't take it. So far this has served the purpose as this tube now has over 50 miles (at the time of this review) of plate free service. I used protective inserts between the tire and tube and that didn't seem to stop some of the spikes from popping out. Slime will seal the holes well, but over time the tube will become useless. I find the sturdy anti-spike tubes to be well worth the extra money. They're about twice the price of standard tubes, but they're at least twice the thickness and stay inflated much longer than cheap standard tubes.
