Not bad for a promotional product

I've seen the promotional video for this countless times and thought I could actually use some strong tape. First, I have a small leak in my roof that my landlord hasn't fixed in a long time. Second, I encountered some road crocodiles that broke and dislodged some of the panels under my car. Both have been successfully fixed with Flex Tape, albeit perhaps as a temporary fix. However, there are a few things I should warn you about about this product: 1) There was no mention of how sticky this stuff is, at least not clearly stated on the packaging. I had this tape on my hands and it was uncomfortable. The sticky glue got on my scissors too and I just couldn't get it off until I googled it and found that soaking it in rubbing alcohol helped. 2) The bottom of the tape is covered with a plastic film. Cut the tape with the film attached BEFORE you are ready to apply the tape and THEN remove the film; I learned it the hard way in #1, it stuck to my fingers and my scissors had a heavy layer of glue stuck to them, not to mention wasting a good six inches of that tape.
