The ability to create reports that are used by our Operations team daily! This has allowed us to analyze what we need from them in order to make changes or improvements within their process flow. As with any software there can be some bugs but they're working hard at fixing those issues! We've been able use this tool since it was built out internally so I do not have anything negative about its functionality other than minor glitches here and then. If you want something where someone is looking over each step before allowing anyone into your system - this may fit better. Being able to look back at historical trends/data which gives me insight when making decisions regarding my teams workflow.
