Received two days ago. I washed and loaded the cups and the blade. I used it later in the day with strawberries, blueberries, and spinach with cashew milk and it jammed almost immediately. I used it again this morning with almond milk, no spinach and with more liquid. However, it stopped working. I had very high expectations because it's amazing and I wanted something easy to use. If you have more than water, it will stop after 5 seconds. I had to repeatedly wait for it to reload so it shuffled for 5 seconds each time. However, when I add water to clean the blades, it mixes the full 20 seconds. I will try and adjust if necessary. I just had a little hope of something. more.
