I like that it's easy to use once you get started, and also how much customization there is - we are able to add custom fields for our products which makes things easier than if they were just preconfigured columns. Notifications can be set so as to not disturb others while working, but then again, this could have been done better. Also, there isn't an option to delete rows when all necessary information has been removed from those rows. If your team works together using Row, you will find yourself more efficient because of its ease of use. We're now able to easily communicate with each other about what needs doing or checking out at any given time.
