I contacted Colourlock for advice on caring for soiled, worn, delicate open pore aniline lambskin leather. The agent was extremely helpful with the information and recommendations provided. It's important to note that given the jacket's not-so-great condition, she mentioned that I'm unlikely to be able to get rid of the stains with DIY products and that I'll need to paint for a full restoration. However, I decided to give it a try and see what I can do at home with these products. I followed the directions carefully as this delicate aniline leather leaves no room for error. The condition of the jacket has improved and it is also better protected. I recommend this product and Colourlock.
