Very disappointed: parts and accessories

The filter doesn't seem to fit properly. The first time I put it in my car, the car indicated that the filter needed to be replaced. After a while, the display goes out. The machine works as far as I can tell but it's very frustrating because it keeps telling me the filter needs to be replaced as it will be difficult to know when it really should be replaced.
