Very bright light. It's as bright as my truck headlights. Truth. I don't know about the actual battery life, used it for less than an hour at a time. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the Mickey Mouse mounting system. The picture shows the light intensity with a headband, this is not possible. First you need to put some heavy o-rings on a small rounded piece of plastic and due to the way the headlight and bracket are made you will not be able to line up the headlight with the head strap as shown in the picture. It's very, very hard to get your fingers in and pull the o-rings over the mounts, and the heavy plastic pieces get in the way of each other so you can't align them. If you wear the bandage high on your forehead it will appear in your way, but if you wear the bandage normally it will point under your feet. Also, you cannot leave the battery connected to the headlight as the green LED power button will be on constantly and the battery will be drained, requiring it to be disconnected before storing the headlight. Still, I would buy it again because it's so damn bright. The switch works well, the wires are flexible. But overall it's cheap Chinese quality and based on the quality it should sell for less than $40. It's great and includes a slightly larger o-ring to attach to your bike's handlebars. A bit Mickey Mouse again, as the entire bike attachment solution relies on the friction of a large O-ring stretched around a polished handlebar. --- MAY NEED A UNIVERSAL MOUNTING SOLUTION ---- Tape
