As someone who does a lot of their shopping online, I recently made the decision to check out Imoli in the hopes of locating some high-quality automotive lighting and accessories. Despite this, I found working with this organization to be a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. To begin, the design of their website is terrible, and it is quite difficult to get about on it. It took me a fair amount of time to find the things I was looking for, and even after that, I wasn't fully sure whether I was obtaining the appropriate ones even though I thought I was. In addition, the things I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. I ended up returning the headlight and tail light conversion kits that I bought since they were too flimsy and did not fit my car correctly. The fact that I had to shell out even more cash to have them correctly installed was both an annoyance and an unanticipated expense on my part. To make matters even worse, when I attempted to get a refund by contacting customer support, they were indifferent and unhelpful to my inquiries. It took me a few tries to get a response, and when I did, they refused to offer a refund. I made multiple attempts to receive a response. In general, I would not advise anyone looking for excellent vehicle lighting and accessories to go with Imoli. Their products are of low quality, their website is badly designed, and their customer service is unresponsive and ineffective. Instead of shopping here, you should go somewhere else to save yourself time, money, and frustration.
