Such a beautiful incense burner, too bad the holes aren't the right size. The small, coin-shaped piece you place in the bowl has several hole sizes, but they're all too big to securely hold an incense stick straight up and down. If it doesn't go straight up and down, the incense will tilt away and the ash will fall out of the bowl. I found a brand of (very expensive) handmade incense sticks at a local store that have a wooden stick big enough to stay in place like it's supposed to and they work great, but I can't always think of it Afford $16 for a pack of incense sticks. I need to find something to stick on the back of this coin to solve this problem, but I haven't figured out what to use yet. It would be very easy for the manufacturer to attach at least ONE hole small enough to fit regular incense sticks. If they made this change I would definitely buy a few more of these because they are awesome!
