About 5 years ago I was looking for rear seat covers for my two trucks. Couldn't decide between this and the same brand "waterproof seat cover" so I ordered one of each. These were bench versions, not hammock versions. 5 years later they are still in the trucks but I have replaced this one with a different style. Here's what I found: The deluxe model looks better, is softer, not as slippery and holds up well, but... . . Everything sticks to the micro-velor fabric, which makes cleaning a real pain. Since these two trucks are used for both work and the daily commute, I can tell you that wiping sawdust off of this fabric is almost impossible. Short lab hair doesn't get much simpler. The waterproof model looks more functional, but is much easier to maintain. The fabric is stiffer and smoother and can be vacuumed very effectively without removing the cover. Both models had the same chunky elastic hook-and-loop side straps that didn't work properly and didn't last long. Also, for pickup truck owners whose rear seats are snug against the back of the cab, the snap buckle on the headrest straps is VERY helpful for installation and adjustment. Worth the money but not perfect.
